Option 01
Remain in the Settlement
You do not need to act now to remain a member of the Settlement Class. If the Court grants final approval and you have not excluded yourself, the Class Administrator will later mail you—or you may request—a Claim Form and Benefit Notice showing your calculated benefit.
Option 02
Exclude yourself
If you do not want to be legally bound by the Settlement, you may request exclusion, also called opting out, by the applicable deadline. Follow the official Settlement Notice for the required procedure.
Option 03
Object
If you remain a member but disagree with the proposed Settlement, you may submit an objection under the procedures and deadline established by the Court.
A Claim Form is required for payment
Remaining in the class does not guarantee payment. Once Claim Forms are issued, you must timely return a valid Claim Form by the applicable deadline to receive a Settlement Payment. If you do not, you will not receive a distribution and will still be bound by the Court’s orders and judgments concerning the Settlement.
The deadline dates have not yet been provided.
